Cancellation And Refunds

Refunds
We are not able to accept cancellations, as the quality & success of our event would be compromised by an uneven number of participants. However, if you are able to provide us with at least 3 days notice via email, we will do our best to move you to another PinkDate event. If we are able to move you to another event, you will be charged an additional £5 handling fee.

Cancellations
In the unlikely event we have to cancel an event, all bookings will be refunded in full. Please note that no additional compensation will be paid.
